VBA accounts limits much lower than accs with real banks?

All of my vba accounts haven't gotten much of a raise in selling limits vs my real bank accs. Read this somewhere here where pp can tell by acc number if its vba or real bank account. Is this true?

Not true.
Your bank account on your paypal account shouldn't have anything to do with your selling limits on ebay.

Why is this the case? I would have thought it will make sense for eBay to take into account the paypal account attached to it (if any) before giving selling limits. PP being where most of the risk lies and money is handled, so not to give high limits to dodgy paypal accounts or accounts not fully verified/confirmed etc
