We can't send your payment right now
 

On every account. Every time. I switched from using T-Mobile Hotspots to changing my IP on my cable router. One one account I had to call in 5 times to send a total of $50 in payments..all small. Even the rep was mystified as to what was going in with it. It's fixed (again and for now) but I k now it will happen again. Anyone else getting this repeatedly?

It's paypal's security system. You have to send payments using the same IP on a paypal account sometimes, or the system will think someone else is logging into your account from somewhere else and is making payments.

I get this sometimes - I usually wait until the next day and it resolves. Sometimes there seems to be a weird "week quota" of sending money

I have seen this before just before a limitation is going to happen.

Don't take that as gospel as it might be coincidence but be prepared. This has happened multiple times as well.

Good point Callidus - just to add my own experience...on both US and Canada sites, /knock on wood - I havent had limitation occur after

it is a temp hold the same stuff
1 try to pay via an invoice
2 try to pay via a pp link generator Paypal Link Generator
3 wait 24 hours and try again
that fixes 92.14% of the time the issue

Yeah none of these work. Every account for any amount, I get the same thing.

Create few days of cookies and it will work. Also make sure all java downloaded before you withdraw. I had this issue of going to withdraw and once a "visited" the paypal site on that browser a few days without attempting to withdraw it worked.

I have a few weeks on some and I am still getting this damn error.

make sure you have a bank account attached to the paypal.

So I called and they said for this account, it seems to be the IP address. The account is from Maryland and my IP is NY.

Wow you risked calling in...looks like the agent really dug in deep with the investigation...IP location hmm

He had to. He couldnt figure out why the security wouldnt allow the payment to go through. I don't think thats it though. I have NY accounts with NY IP's with the same result.

Yeah I doubt thats the actual reason, I have a ton of accounts with different state ips. It really doesn't matter what state the ip is in, just that country matches. He probably couldnt figure it out so just told you that.

I know this is against all the stealth rules in the world but clear cookies and cache and try to send it again

So I just had an hour long conversation with paypal. On my "personal" account (still stealth), it seemed the problem was a few weeks ago, I had a limitation put on. Something like "there was a problem with your bank account, please verify it". Not sure why, but I needed to send a copy of my bank statement and it was lifted. My account would not let me send $1.00. She said, that because of that limitation, every transaction was getting blocked. She had me make a new account with my same info, same credit card, but a new bank account. It seems to have worked now.

Interesting so on all the accounts that you couldn't send payment, they ALL had problem with bank account originally?

What bank are you using, curious? And was it deposit or instant confirmation

No I don't know about all, but two were. It was capitalone360. Instant verification.
