Bank Account Question

I was browsing which banks allow people under 18 open bank accounts online/in person. Preferably online.

I am 17 and am currently dual enrolling with a small community college thats close to my high school. I have a college ID and technically a student there. Could this ID work for their Chase College Checking accounts? Please look at the link.

I run a few stealth accounts and my age is the biggest factor that is holding me back. Any info will help. Thanks

It should work if your a college student and have college ID. I say go for it, nothing gained....nothing lost. I wouldn't bring up the dual enrollment.

IIRC I had a bank account at 16 and I used just my High School ID to get one.

But that's just me. And it was like 30 years ago.

I would be calling local banks with this question.
Might have more luck with smaller ones.
