Hold Method and Microsoft Live Search Cash Back Colliding

Im not saying what the Paypal hold method is. But This new Microsoft cash back program is colliding with it. SWIM had a member ask to fix the problem so they could get their microsoft cash back.

What to do

Any thoughts?

they only give you the 21 day hold if you start off getting lots off money fast
if you start off slow then they don't even put you on the 21 day hold

Well since they pay every 60 days your hold will not/should not affect his cash back...
