I need someone help about the SSN verify
 

I still do not understand this question， it is that
My wife's name had been registered in eBay account and Paypal account(was not smart to use a real name) , my account and my wife's account was suspended at the same time, but my wife's account just sold a dozen items and never provide her SSN to Paypal.,because we both account use my Paypal account to received the money.
So, I want to buy a account (including eBay and Paypal), and then with my wife a nickname or a little spell different to link a new bank account, and then use my wife's SSN, so the question is:
The Paypal can find out my wife's really name by her SSN ? Then suspended it again.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. This is not a good move at all.

You can avoid using the SSN if you know the right steps to take.

You want to make sure that no old and suspended info is ever put near a stealth account.
That can link you and that can mean you get suspended.

Very important to understand this.

Yes. Read and learn stea/lth. All you are doing is guessing/assuming and you will lose.

You cannot and should not re-use SSN. A stealth account properly operated CAN avoid the request or need to provide to SSN. A good approach is to have several accounts and rotate sales - mind you, if you're selling risky items...that can also play a part regardless of setup

When you sold up to 300 item ,Paypal ask me to provide the SSN ,and send it to IRS.

They are 200 or 300 items that paypal requests SSN?

It is 200 but it is like based on activity if you do 100 today they could want it today.

paypal also asked for tax info on projected sales.
