amazon auto feedback removal help
 
Lately on amazon i have had 5 recent negative feedbacks due to an issue with my dropshipper and delays and i am scared my account will get suspended...i cannot afford to lose it right now because this is my livelihood. I have read some threads where you can send in feedback complaints multiple times till you get a good rep, i have been doing that in the past and it worked but as of the past few months i have tried and i seem to get a jerk and fear my account may get flagged. I know there is a formula to get feedback removed automatically without it having to reach a rep, i will appreciate if anyone can help me with this info, i dont mind paying for it...two negative feesbacks were left this evening and by the time my metrics update, i dont know my fate and i have a good amount waiting till next payout...pls help

First,Have you reached out to the buyers who left bad feedback already?

Yes have you tried to contact them about the feedback they left and their reasons for leaving it, and suggesting any ways that you might be able to improve things for them so that they could improve their feedback, maybe a partial refund, depending on why they left the poor feedback

yes i did...one of them i already issued a partial refund and waiting for him to remove, another is trying to extort me, he purchased a $69 item and i offered him a $20 refund or $30 credit towards any item in my store, he insisted i give him a refund of both totalling $50 for him to consider changing his feedback, i have offered to refund him 50% but no reply yet...the 3rd is for an item that was out of stock, his feedback just says out of stock....the last 2 i have made contacts with them but they never responded

Make sure you deal with your dropshipper as well.

No account will take negatives like this.

Revamp your business plan quickly.

How old is this account and what were your metrics like before the 1st negative?

Sort out with your dropshipper is the right tip and in the meantime, stop with the questionable sales - your buyers are already on to you.

I would make backup accounts pronto.

Formula to get feedback remove automatically?

This account was opened in 2012. I have taken it up with dropshipper already unfortunately not much i can do. I have already made one backup acct with a family member's social but have yet to list as i have to get approval for adult items and automotive sections first.

I will send in request to amazon for at least the one where customer says item.out of stock...and yes rsot i read on the forums that you can use a keyword combination for the feedback removal process even if it didnt qualify for removal and it will get taken off without being reviewed by human

i sell auto parts...and trying to start selling adult items but my account cant be approved because of my odr metrics

"Contact Seller Support">Selling on Amazon> Customers and orders>Customer feedback> then enter the order ID.
In the text field below only enter simple words such as:
'Installed' and 'Product review'.
You may re-open the case if they do not remove it the first time.

thanks so much, i will try it first on one of my suspended acct to see if it works and then will do on my current acct later tonight when the indian customer service center is working in case it still sends it in for human review, seems to be a lot harder to US cust service...i really appreciate, will report back

wanted to try it on my suspended acct but wont let me email except about acct suspension so i have to do it on my actual account...do i select product review as the reason or select other? thanks once again

oh well i got an a**hole that didnt remove the feedback...i will try to send again today....and for one of the other feedbacks where the customer asked me to refund him $50 instead of $35 which i agreed to which was 50% of sale price, i will turn this in and see if they will remove it based on extortion

Yes,if it i non-FBA that is what you want to pick in most cases.
