Email Database of Customers/buyers
 

Does anyone keep an email database of customers to contact with new similar products? Looking for a good way to get customers to buy from me again in the future. Was thinking about starting an email database. Does anyone send quarterly emails to buyers informing them of new products, product sales, etc.?

I feel I should be taking advantage of sales and turning happy buyers into repeat customers for other items. I pretty much know what products my customers use by the accessories they buy. I may be able to get more sales by emailing past customers with new products I have in stock. This is where it would be great to have a website.

Yes, I do this and it works fine.

what program do you use to do this? There's no way I can manually email all these people. I'm doing some research as we speak.
