What info can you get from IP address?

it is temporary or permanent used one one user? Or it is repeated used by different users at different times.

can you locate someone via ip address?

From 2 ip addresses, can you tell they are in the same part of city or not?

Sketch 1st question - yes I am sure they can (law enforcement does it).

Not sure about the 2 IP address question however...I have my ideas since it is possible to get different IPs, etc. but I leave that to experts
