In my opinion, selling Otterbox's on Ebay is playing with matches and gasoline. He has quite a few negatives stating "foo foo" and "counterfeit".

All of the nonsense with Johnson and Pham, customs, and dealing with Ebay in general over this. How the hell does he get away with this?

Just something that I've noticed over the years and it has always interested me. Unless he is the long lost brother of the founder of Otterbox, I don't see how he can get away with what he is doing.

Maybe he has the rights to sell them.
Hard to know.
My question is, why do you care? Do you want to sell these items and trying to figure out how?

If he had the rights to sell them he wouldn't be able to sell them for so cheap.

I made the mistake of selling them a while back before knowing anything and learned what I know now.

Just interesting to see someone still going with them.

As long as you have some receipts AND permission and all is well. Only amazon would ask for QUANTITY receipts and possibly confirm with OEM.

Don't worry about other people's business.......you don't pay their bills and they don't pay yours, your just wasting your time comparing other sellers to you.

He has a brick and mortar store to back up his ebay activities.

He has the money to back this.

My guess he provided documentation at some point and was open to sell them now. He probably started out legit, is legit or invoices looked legit enough. Rest assured though a manual review will kill this account fast.

the amount of negative feedback he has is very small compared to how much he is selling. Obviously he is licensed to sell Otter or else he would have easily been targeted by now I would say. With over 77k feedback they would have gone after him I would think if they go after other sellers that only sell a very small number of items.
