Question about re-instating an account

I want to re-instate and old account (SNP- too many negs) and this account happen to have the same address as my existing account. Will simply faxing in the information for consideration of reinstatement draw attention to my new account? The reason I ask is because they I am including a current utility bill and thought they may update the old account with the new address.

That account got suspended because of too many negs? Negs won't count after a year. How many total feedbacks do you have on that one?

Having the same address with other accounts will raise a flag(not high-risk flag) if the other ones(not suspended) are not seller type accounts.

Why don't just apply some more new accounts using different info?
