Buy a reliable account PayPal & Ebay

Hi,

I created a French PayPal & Ebay account with Fresh IP, fresh VM, fresh phone.
But at the moment to verify it with a bought VCC, my account became instantly limited without selling anything (they wanted a bank statement scan of the VCC...).

I just want to sell stuff on a stealth and RELIABLE account, to stay with it for a long journey and keep the good feedbacks.

So in these sellers, who is the most reliable ? (I sell on multi ebay platforms)

or should i try to re-create a French account with entropay or other ?

Paypal checks are getting tighter recently and most of the card sold on the forum doesn't work... or better, is up to the user to test them in their own countries.
I used to get VCC from here and was fine untill 1 year ago, now I have to use Italian gift card for new paypal.
Do you have some gift card (mastercar or visa) in France?
Yes you can try with Entropay, that works fine in UK but, again, not in Italy.

use the bindb for VCCs prior to putting them in your account make sure the issuing bank is not banned and that the cards geographically make sense for your account.

Can test out entropay and if giftcards are available in France can figure out which work

im not sure what you mean about it being hard to stay anonymous but if it is your probably not going to have much luck

You should try to find an anonymous gift card.

The ones you can buy in shops to give as a... "gift"

They have money loaded for purchasing goods in shops or on the web.

The balance of the card shall be accessible to get the paypal expuse code obviously.

good advice but also make sure that card is not blackballed by paypal or ebay. check the forum

Well thanks guys, i just found some who could work, i will buy and test them tomorrow.

Last question: I will not have problems with PayPal if the cards don't have a name or address attached to them ?
