Buy a real ebay account ?

Hi,

Is it safe to buy a real Ebay account, real used, real aged by a real person ?
(I don't talk about the accounts sold here)

The risk i see is the change of address, but do Ebay give a real importance to that ?
Ebay can think about a move of place.

And maybe the most important risk is a new PayPal linked to it.

Not a good idea - new pp to it is risky...someone's real info account can be EASILY taken away from you...and you are playing with someone's real info....what will you do if asked to prove with ID? So many things can go wrong
