Beachbody products are high risk. I have a friend that needs to get rid of lots of beach body products. He has the receipts/invoices and they're all legit.

If I contact Beachbody via their VeRo account or through one of their emails that I've found and ask for permission to sell... Would I be alright?

If eBay would flag the listing, I'd just send in the invoices he has.

Beachbody has a strict policy regarding who they allow to sell their products. Heck even the beachbody coaches themselves are not authorized to sell or resell their products. Mark my words they will not allow you to sell their products and will probably threaten you with a lawsuit if you attempt to resell them.

By the way ebay is taking beachbody items down quick as hell and suspending the accounts. Been there several times no way around it. Trust me invoices or not.

beachbody has a bot system and that system does not care if you have permission or even know per say.

If you have a stealth to burn, try listing used with 100% original photos. You may get a little life on an account but expect it to not last and possible paypal limitation and frozen funds.
Ad a telephone number to your listing and farm sales off of ebay would be my approach.
TXT OR CALL 800-BUY-NOW(your trackfone, txt plus, etc.. that is not registered to any ebay accounts at the top on your description and get the buyers to contact you and invoice directly or lead to a private website or take a card over the phone and process on your merchant account etc..

You can sell maybe one set a month as used if you sell lots of other items... And original pictures.... China MASS produces beachbody knockoffs. I even get ebayers sending me messages through system trying to sell them in quantity.

Very Dangerous and persistent lawyers! I once had a used set on Bonanza and they called my father in law asking for me. Crazy! for ONE USED set....

I would tell your 'friend' to sell them themself and find out.

Seems that they know the merch may not be on the up and up. Which is why they're asking you to off them for them (Or...find out info)

Tell them to open a stealth account themselves and sell them.

They're so legit that his friend needs him to sacrifice his own EB account because his friend with "legit" paperwork can't do it himself for obvious reasons. Classic situation and your friend has made you a fool.

Since BB products only come from BB directly, tell your legit friend with his legitness to call BB himself. Not have you do all the work through EB like some snake in the grass.

I would love hear that conversation......I would pay $10 just to listen to it. Nothing like a good friend to put up another friend up to selling foo-foo's.

In a nutshell your not going to be able to sell this sort of item on eBay unless you get the correct permission.

Getting the correct permission is next to impossible. You (or your friend?) would be better putting your time and effort into finding other products to sell
