Calling on zero selling limits 0/0

Ok so I have read a few other threads that some of you have called in on zero limits and received an AUTOMATED system which asked you if increasing your limits to 10/1,000 was enough and you accepted and then hung up.

So I had the idea to go back to some of my zero limit accounts and try this, I only did one and that account has a free phone number on it (such as google voice or pinger, text free so on, not an actually phone carrier number).
When I called I was transferred to a live representative.

My question is for all of you who have called in on the zero limits and got the automated system and did not have to talk to a representative,
What did you do exactly to get to an automated system instead of a person?
Any tips or details you could give me would be so absolutely amazing.
As of right now from the last 4 months I have about 40 accounts with zero limits, and actually talking to a rep is basically a 1 in 3 chance to get it back without having to send in documents.

I have never had an automated phone call when calling in on a 0/0 account. I havent had a 0/0 account in about 3 months now, so maybe this automated phone call is new. But to get a 0/0 means EB doesnt trust you. I do not see how an automated call would suddenly cure that problem.

It use to be on a 0/0 account, you was almost guaranteed to be drug through the database.

I sawa few posts from other members here that they've had an automated call.
I don't have any problems making accounts. These are accounts from 4 or so months ago. And when i saw the posts about possibly being able to get the limits lifted without having to call and talk to a rep i figured i would give it a try.

I also never heard of this automated call. You call in youll get a live rep. Simple as that.
You say you saw several posts and members discussing this - please post a link to such a thread cause I did a search and found nothing.

Yeah would seem kind of counter productive for ebay to just use an automated system if they give you a 0/0 comes something seemed fishy in the first place
