PP & WorldCheck DB

I wonder if PayPal uses WorldCheck for validation of all incoming IDs? I wonder how exactly do they check the tens of thousands of documents they are receiving every day?

Interesting idea - probably some default scanner first then manual if flag is tripped

But worldcheck does not have info on ALL government documents issued round the globe? Or does it?
