Italian/Latvian PayPal
 

Hey guys!

I'm currently searching for an Italian/Latvian VCC provider. I need vccs to withdraw funds from PayPal accs of these countries. Do cards from other countries still work for that?
Also, is there anything special about Italian and Latvian PayPal? For how long do you recommend for money to sit in the account before withdrawing?

Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

VCC, since they are Virtual Credit Card, cannot be used to withdraw money... they might be used to open and verify a PayPal account.

I guess general PayPal rules apply also for IT PayPal. Withdraw in small little sums. Do not take 2000€ at the time.

The best way to withdraw from PayPal.t is a bank account.

As I know, it was possible to withdraw funds to bank cards (including prepaid ones) from Italian/Latvian PP. So it doesn't work for now?

Yes, it is possible, but VCCs are not cards used to withdraw.

You have to have a physical card from the bank. Some prepaid cards works, but are registered in holder's name.

Any suggestions on where to get these prepaid cards while not being physically in the country, please? Is it possible to use a bank card from another country?

Payoneer is the only solution I see for your situation.

It is working for me, added last year to my account... things are changing for PayPal around the world. It has to be tested if still working if added now...

Payoneer is not working now. Few friends tried with no luck. Payoneer support also stated that in they website. Paypal says they can't accept payoneer because their bank is virtual.

But those who registered payoneer like few months ago are still able to withdraw from paypal like I do. But not sure how long will that last. Alternative would be great to know.
