VBAs can get you LIMITED?
 

I've read a forum member saying that it got his account limited? Is this for real?

There's a lot of speculation as to Accounts getting limited because of the VBA.

Certain banks will get you limited these days.
Ally for example is a risky one to use.

I have never had a problem with ally, used nearly 100 without one single issue

everyone will have mixed things to say, but there may be other factors involved with the limitation. Its possible the vba was just the easiest to blame.

yeah I mean its 50/50 I guess it depends on manual checks.

I agree, I don't think the VBA is the sole reason for limitations, I opened a group of around 50 accounts this past August and used all GMAC/Ally Bank VBAs to verify the accounts

And at that time there was threads on how GMAC was no good and will cause limitations, I remember before I purchased them asking if they were blacklisted because of the thread and the seller said no

Anyway it's now 7 months later and all the accounts are going great, many powersellers and TRS

AND I still have the GMAC/VBAs Attached, some Paypals I added real banks but I still keep the VBA attached , others I operate with just the VBA

It is a combination of factors that will get you limited not just one. So look into how you make the accounts m what information you use , everything must be done properly

But a bad piece of information, with a reused phone number and than a VBA could get u limited

Agree 100%, I've used GMAC's and did not have issues.

There was one point in time where adding gmac or any prepaid bank on a brand new account would cause instant limitation.

This past summer there was a thread started that instant limitations were happening when adding a GMAC VBA


But it was not fact and not happening with everyone , at that same time I purchased 40+ of the instant GMAC/ALLY and they all were running and still run well

It has to be other factors involved along with the VBA

It's like saying that adding GV or Another VOIP will get you 0/0 limit accounts, and that is also not true and it is also a combination of things that will do this

I use VBA's all the time and it works wells for me. I think it might be the user more than anything. We are all human and we all make mistakes and mixing this with greed or desperation to get back on eBay you are more than likely going to make mistakes that get you limited.

Certain banks work and others do not. Some get limited with metabank and some do not. Gmac works perfectly fine for me like others said, the only issue we get is to receive a call or text from Paypal before adding it, but that is solved with the attached phone number you have access to.

It is all a matter of testing to find what works and what doesn't.
