Hello. This may seem like a very stupid question. But I had 2 eBay accounts shut down about 1 years ago. The eBay account went but the paypal accounts are still active, like I've used it on the odd occasion to put money in. Basically you can use them. My question is if I closed them accounts and deleted the bank details would it be possible to open another stealth account and use them bank details. I know that the account has been linked to a suspended eBay account. But the PayPal accounts stayed open. Worth a try?

No.
Those accounts will forever be linked to those accounts and will not be useable on any other paypal account.
Even if you could do so there will be a strong link between the two meaning also a link to that suspended ebay account - meaning you wouldnt be able to open another ebay account using that new paypal.

You cant add the same bank details to 2 PayPals regardless if you closed those 2 accounts as the sortcode / acc number is still in their system.

Plus the system doesn't let you add a duplicate

Use the pp accounts for other things but not for eB
