Something crazy just happened.
 

I cant believe this.

One of my earliest stealth accounts just got an auto limit increase.

from 2200/20,000 to 10500/200,000

I am in shock. I dont know what to think. I am in shock.

Thank you all for this great site. It was only little more than a year ago when my legit account was suspended ( november 2013) and I seriously thought I could never get back to eBay.

weirdist thing is that this account had 100 % positive feedback until 2 days ago. got a negative about shipping

Thats crazy because I just got a limit increase today on one of my older accounts from mid 2013. It got bumped from 100/5000 to 1000/25000. It had just received a MC999 a few days prior too. I think we are gonna start seeing a lot more high limit bumps on accounts. This account has been stuck at 100/5000 for over a year with great DSRs and 100% positive feedback (almost 400 FB). So I would keep my eyes peeled on those older accounts.

I understand it's automated and it's one off thing at the moment but it gives me great hope, maybe one day I'll get something like this as well.

Sell to your limits as often as you can.

Give stellar customer service ( as I know you would).

Increases do come.

And they are so very darn sweet.

Customer service is my middle fing... I mean my middle name.

In terms of selling to the limits: Do you need to LIST to the limits, so that you have 0 items left or do you actually need to make the sales as well?
I might list 100 items, but if I only sell 86 then does that still count? If not, you need to come and buy some stuff off me, I'll give you a lovely discount;)

I think the only time I've given anyone discount was when a guy bought about 10 items from me and he was Oxfam employee and he needed the items because he was going to travel to Sierra Leone to teach some kids are are living in hell. I gave him the items basically for free and in return he promised to send me a photo of the kids using it... Funny enough he just sent me a message this morning saying that he arrived safely.

I'm a good guy, what else can I say;)

Excellent news, no wonder you are in shock, that is just about the biggest increase I am sure I and many others will have seen on here, great that it has happened just a few days after you got your first neg as well for as you commented shipping.

Thank you all for the support. I think eBay's suspending my account back in november 2013 was the best thing could have happened to me
