Which gift card is the best to buy?
 

So i need to add bank accounts to ebay and pp to start listing, but first i need a gift card to add to it.
Which one is the best?
I was at the family dollar earlier and they had a few there.
all of them had about a 2-3$ activation fee and about 5$ monthly fee.

The list of them goes,

-My vanilla personal reloadable prepaid card
-american express serve
-prepaid visa
-prepaid master card(it said your name goes here->xxxxx which i don't get because the card is there and made. I insert the name online?)
-ready debit
-paypal master card.

and they all seemed to say, "This is not a gift card"
I've read vanilla is a good way to go, but what I'm confused about it "this is not a gift card" don't i need a gift card?

please dot make the mistake of getting the wrong card.

Only Visa Vanilla's Gift Cards work.



key word "GIFT"

Make sure it has a Present Box on front.


They have $ 20-500
all sorts of colors with a Gift Box up front those are good.


and they also have 25,50,100 ones that are good aswell. As long as it has the GIFT BOX UP FRONT.

yea, i wanted to make sure before trying to link anything or wasting money, none of those cards i saw said gift card.

so this card i am sure i can find it at walmart or something?
it is a minimum 20$ gift card just to link, then the 20$ i put onto the card as a "gift" can be used to pay ebay fees, shipping fees through ebay or for any other stuff i want on the street right?

walgreens CVS, Dollar General to name a few. it HAS to say GIFT. youll find it no worries.

the card minimum is 20$ yes you can use it for whatever you like (you only need to confirm PP). Pump gas, buy supplies,

I personally buy Tracfones with them.

Prepaid non-reloadable vanilla visa is good.

Entropay is also worth checking (online vcc service)

wow that looks like a good deal for just gift cards, which is great for me, id rather have cash than gift cards, and it would work for 3 pp accounts! thank you!:clap:

Never seen anything like these here in the UK, have a feeling we might only have them in the bigger towns over here, and being way up north have literally never seen any visa debit or mastercard debit prepaids that we can buy just from a store like this. Was pointed towards Tesco and Asda as good potential suppliers of these types of cards, but they reality was when I went to have a look for them, our local stores did not have a clue about these, dozens of Google and Google+, Next, Dorothy Perkins, and the like, so stores own cards that could only be used on purchases made in person. No cards that could be used online with Paypal for example.

@jdm dont be confused by the word gift card. You can use it like cash everywhere. It passes as debit and credit. (vanilla visa gift card)

i found a few of some visa gift cards, i believe they are the same thing and they should work right?

Double check but the advice is for a Vanilla Visa Gift card, not the Target issued cards.

Be careful of having the accurate info before leaping to a purchase.

Another quick tip..... try not to make an ebay/paypal account before posting a plan up.

Then if needed we can help you tweak things. Better to do that than make an account & have hassles.

I thought of making the ebay and pp accounts without any gift cards yet, to give them a head start on aging, they are aging even without cards linked to them right?:eek::eek:
only 2 account were linked throughout cell phone as well.(2/4)

Can purchase a 5 pack of $20 MasterCard vanilla cards at Sams Club for 109.88. There are 5 different colors on one pack.

The card does not state so, but can be registered at onevanilla.com. The card states another site, however I have never got that one to work.

Also worth noting that you can still use the cards after set up. After I sell my monthly limit on the first account, whatever is left on the card(if you print label through EB and select to pay later it will be the entire balance) you can then use that card to buy another prepaid card(well put toward partial payment). You do not even need to know the registered zip code, as the first swipe transaction will allow you to select any pin number.

I only advise this if you are able to keep track of your accounts well enough to not have anything try to pull off of the card(selling fees, etc) because then PP knows there is no live card on the account.

mm78 words cant explain how thankful i am to your contribution.
I went to home depot, lowes, target everehere in nyc, but couldnt find it. Drove like 50 miles to nearest walmart still nothing, just as i was about to give up i went to stop and shop(food store) to quinch my thirst, and found it right as i paid for my drink the 3x $15 card. Ended up buying the whole stock.

I'm all mixed up!! Lol with these vcc 8m looking for a card that is reloadable...I'm in Canada and I would need this card to add to my paypal account with I got limited and also to pay my Etsy fees...can someone recommend one please

On the three pack of cards shown, are those vanilla?
If they aren't (they don't appear to be), we do still know those are good
for stealth? If MM78 posted it, I would think they are def. good!
Am I right, or stick with Vanilla?
