how to tell the billing date

there are 2 billing dates of seller accounts,one is 15th and another is the last date.How does ebay to choose the billing date for seller accounts?If i register the account before 15th,the billing date is 15th or ?

Billing date is decided by the date you submit your very first listing. Registration date has nothing to do with the billing.

There are 2 old accounts i regsitered ages ago.One account i listed the 1st item on 4th and the billling date is the end of the month.Another i listed the 1st item on 13th and the billing date is 15th.

Not sure about the old accounts. The accounts that I applied in the recent months work that way.
