Buyer paid, but incomplete address?.?.?.?
 

So I had someone buy 6 items from me today. I have people buy 2-3 fairly often, but not usually this many. When I went to ship it I noticed that the address was not right, there is no street name/number. I check the paypal payment and it matches, but shows its a verified address. The account was just created yesterday and has no feedback.

I'm not sure what to do here, its either a complete idiot, or a competitor trying to give neg feedback. I tried to message them, but no response yet. I don't really want that many negs, but on top of that, I don't want the "defect" from not getting the package out and shipping verified.

If I cancel the transaction I can still get neg feedback as far as I know, if I refund directly from paypal it then shows up as unpaid on ebay, so im wondering if they can still leave a feedback?

long story short, what would you do.

Try verifying the address via Google maps. Give them a reasonable amount of time to respond. If they don't respond then attempt a mutual cancellation through eBay.

I would communicate with the buyer by message - give him/her time - it's Easter weekend after all so...holiday time

well you cannot ship it as too incomplete, you have no choice but the contact them and cancel....

I get quite a few with no surname for some reason, and I ship those no issues....

I did that right away, its been almost 48 hours... If I don't get the labels printed and shipped by tonight im going to get hit for not getting it out within handling time. For the address, they re wrote there name again, seems pretty hard to make that mistake.
