PayPal - Confirm Your Personal Information ERROR

Been happening for a while.

Sending limits and Withdrawal limits lifted by adding a bank.

Receiving limit is left.

Tick the box > Select Individual > Confirm Personal Information ...

An error is shown above, usually have to leave it 24-48 hours but even sometimes that doesn't clear it.

Anyone else experienced this?

I had it on one account, but waited for paypal login to time-out then logged back in and tried again and it worked.

Does seem very glitchy, roaming around the PayPal site while logged in cleared it once or twice but apart from that it sticks for a while.

Clearing all cookies and browser history resolves it.

Log out of the account, do the above, and then log back in. ;)
