Natwest
Bank of Scotland
Barclays

No, some users have had success if it was already linked but generally no.

Payoneer can no longer be added to Paypal. Further it could only be used to withdraw to and not to verify.

If you are actually in the UK, Callidus has provided a list of suitable banks. If you aren't in the UK, change the flag on your profile.

because if paypal account get suspended i would have to open another bank account physicaly with all IDs and its time consuming making appointyment etc and also what if i have used up all of the banks?

It's already has been answered above that it could of only been added to withdraw anyway, but it doesn't work anymore.

Once you have 1 bank open, you get online banking. You can open basic accounts via the online portal. Look at Natwest for opening more online.

If you're running a business in the UK, look at opening a Natwest Business account. Yes it does involve a credit check so go to Experian beforehand. You can open as many sub accounts as you wish then and for business use there is little to no questions.

It takes about 10 minutes to open a bank online (so long as you pass the correct checks). Its been a very long time since I have had to go into branch to open up a bank account.

Nearly any bank account you can get an actual card with.

Withdraw funds from PayPal to bank account > spend on card linked to bank account

Open a bank account online from the list given.

Not going to be possible on a stealth account.

Just use a bank account and stop trying to over complicate things. Plenty of bank accounts to choose from in the UK

Not meant to be used as a bank account - sure it can be used to purchase things but you will likely be asked for ID details to get one...it isn't so easy to play with...

Such a card requires ID which would not be happening in stealth.

Perhaps OP has just moved to the UK, a little bit tolerance guys.

For years I've been thinking of moving to London - love this city.

From what I read Barclays does not like mismatched name deposits and return them with fees
