Buyer claims my item is phake but says in the description of the request that he will gladly keep the item for a 60% refund. Seems like he is just trying to abuse the system as they are 100% real.

Would sending in invoices as docs on the request give me a pretty good chance of winning? Even if I do win the case, is it still a strike against my account for PHAKE merchandise even if its not?

Do not give in to his blackmail.

Say send it back for a full refund, thats your stance.

Generally ebay do not look at evidence, so no it will not help.

And no, just because the buyer claims its ⊗⊗⊗⊗, ebay will not mark that against you.
