My 21 day hold wasn't removed
 

I hit my 90 day mark yesterday. My category limits are gone but my 21 day hold is still here (I made 4 sales today, all being held).

I've gone over $800 in sales, 104 transactions, and have a 1.94% defect rate. One for being not as described DSR a few weeks ago and a item not received eBay case. Note: The tracking said it was at a facility for 9 days and never left so I resent another package with priority and it says delivered but the eBay case is still open. Waiting for the buyer to close it (messaged him friday) or will escalate to eBay (Which one should I do?).

I have 40 feedback, all positive.

It would make sense that the reason why my holds are still there is because my eBay case that is still open, but not 100% sure as it has technically been resolved but is still open.

When this case is closed, do you think the holds will go away? Is there any other criteria that I have missed and haven't met yet? Thanks

Most of the time the past few months paypal has a 7 day hold after ebay stops holds.

My estimated time of receiving my funds is May 17th and its shown on both eBay and Paypal

4.9 for item as described and 5.0 for the other categories

Update:

The buyer just closed the item not received eBay case. I haven't gotten a sale yet to see if the hold is still occurring.

Check it by getting to the last page of a listing you want to create.

At the bottom before you hit 'submit' it should have a message saying that the transactions are held and whatnot.
