I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts

I thought my account was getting an early limitation because as soon as I finished creating it there's an exclamation mark notification at the top right page, but I learned that this is a different kind of limitation.

I don't know if it's just me but I would love to have this limitation applied to all of my PP stealth accounts.

Direct access to $3300 a month? That's more than enough for me. All of my ebay stealths only have 5/500 monthly limit anyway.

The exclamation mark notif

Page after I clicked on it

I took the screen shot after I confirmed my email and added a mobile phone, so there's only 2 to do list left. But the limitation was there right after I finished creating it.

Owh, and this is a PayPal business account.

So this is a brand new stealth account that you created and it gave you that notification?

Again, are these brand new stealth accounts or are these aged accounts?

I sold a couple of items across three brand new stealth accounts since April 30th, none of my payments have been hit with the 21 day hold. Every time I withdrawal to my bank account though I have been hit with a 72 hour pending instead of the usual 24 hours, haven't had any issues yet :)!

All of my PayPal accounts are Business Accounts by the way, I don't know if that makes a difference?

Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts

Yup, all of my accounts are brand new. Just because this is working one week, doesn't mean it will be working the next. I'm not getting my hopes up about, I can wake up tomorrow and all of my accounts are struct by the might 21 day hold lol.

Maybe this has something to do with eBay and PayPal splitting into different companies? Maybe it was just a glitch in the system? I have no idea.

I am sure I am the exception but I would rather have holds at first than later.

I HATE when Amazon does the hold thing after you sell some decent $$$ This seems the same.

Man that's crazy. You need an ebay account with at least 10K limit with that account.

No, never. Creating a business paypal account is guaranteed to be asked for SSN at registration process. I skip that by refreshing the browser or open www.paypal.com in the new tab.

They are probably testing this feature out to see if it brings alot of revenue, but probably will get abused the hell out of like all the easy features they add and it will be removed over time.

I was getting $500 release limits left and right, but that also has stopped it seems.

Yes, I was getting $500 too. But it's extremely random.

Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts

Well this one is new. I got $500 limit but now they require me to verify my info in order to lift it. The information they asked are Full Name, Address, Date Of Birth, And last 4 of SSN.
http://oi60.tinypic.com/2mdgb50.jpg
I can live with $500, so, no thanks. :D

All the limits are like this when getting a $500 or whatever.

Still happening guys. Recently I got $7,200. You see it is different from $500 limit I posted earlier. This one and the $3,300 one doesn't required to be verified, so does Breakthecycle2s $13,000. It says that I can request increase every 30 days.

I still cant, and have never been able to, bypass the SSN requirement when creating a business account from the get go.

hodgesdavid684 05-15-2015 03:43 AM

Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts

Then you need to let it go and move on. Like I said, the cost for the account creation at this stage is $0, so whenever they screw you and wont let you pass that damn SSN page, trash it and create another one. There's nothing to lose. Just make sure the stealth info is a real name with a real address. There's so many legal ways on how to do that.

To all of you asking for my creation method, this is what I do:
1. I Always create a business account. I Choose a different category for every stealth I made, it doesn't matter.
2. I never give a random trial on SS# & birth date, I tried and it turned out not so well, so avoid this, they do check. Refresh your browser or go to www.paypal.com. If they won't let you pass that page (that happen to me too), clearly there's something wrong with the name of the stealth info, so you know what you have to do.
3. Make sure the stealth info is a real person with a real address. They check it from the beginning, trust me.

I come with one speculation:
If the stealth info has never been used to open a paypal account before (either by them self or another stealther), a miracle could happen anytime. So this is not about how I create the account, but this is merely about how lucky I am to find the info.

Has anybody had this luck with a Canadian business account? I have not!

If so did you use individual, corporate, sole proprietor?

Thanks.

I think we need to check yalls sending limits as well. PM me for my paypal account, so I can tell you 2 to send the 3300 and 13000. Trust me, I am a professional. There is no charge for this service btw.

No doubt. But think about the possibilities as well. 4 Digits is like a thousand or probably million of combination. So it's like 1:1000000. Russian roulette is pretty stupid thing to do, but this one? It's Mission Impossible.

They send email now.
http://oi60.tinypic.com/2vnjvk1.jpg

Update:
As you can see in the email they sent to me, they said that they "reviewed" the info. Well, I received the email as soon as I finished registering the account. So, How do they review the info in a matter of seconds? Clearly they do a quick check automatically against something like a database or maybe even run a credit report on it.

Auto-review - just smokes and mirrors...so easy to do with bots these days.

True. That's why using a made up SS# is a bad idea.

Never add SSN. Try yourself and you'll understand why.

I don't know if I "bypass", because I didn't do anything. I go to paypal home page "whenever" they ask for SS#.

This one is individual>Auto Dealer - Used Only. Monthly estimate above 100.000. I choose random business info, but I always set monthly estimate to above 100K. But trust me, that doesn't matter. I tried my best to replicate this account creation method, and all I got is an ordinary paypal account without anything. The only difference is the stealth information.

Its not about the setup, man. Its the info (name+address) that matter.

Breakthecycle2 05-16-2015 09:15 PM

Re: I'd love to receive this kind of limitation on all of my PayPal accounts

It wouldn't let me bypass the SSN# section. I tried everything. I personally just think it's a glitch. All accounts I make, everything is made up, the addresses are real, but not the names and I always used a random SSN#.
