Adding US Bank Account to Canadian PayPal
 

Hey there folks, I ran into a bit of a problem trying to make a stealth account. I have been getting mostly 0/0 selling limits trying to make US Stealth accounts because of the new ID verification thing, so I went back to the stealth book and saw that I can make a Canada PayPal/eBay and add a US Bank account to it.

So I went and purchased a fresh Candian IP, and sure enough, on the first try, i got the 10/1000 limits on the Canadian account, instead of the usual 0/0 that I have been getting with the US accounts. The problem I encountered is trying to add a US bank account to the Candian PayPal. When I tried to add a Bank of America account it says that the bank account can't be added at this time. I tried the next few days after that, and the same issue occured.

Does anyone know why this could be happening? Any help would be appriciated.

I can't answer that question but the search button can. I remember that there's been an update on adding us ba to ca paypal.
