Tour de Yorkshire
 

Just watching the 'Tour de Yorkshire', great stuff as well, they are going to run it every year after the Tour de France started there last year. They raced through a village with all the roadside cottages decorated with tour memorabilia and a string of sheep hanging across the road, excellent, Yorkshire not being backward at promoting themselves.

Plenty of people lining the route and cheering the riders on. We went to Scarborough and Whitby on a couple of short breaks and drove along the same roads they are racing along, they just into Scarborough now. Bradley Wiggins is in there somewhere, haven't heard them mention him yet though, we did tune in late though, he might have crashed out. It is on over the three days of the bank holiday weekend.
