First Stealth Account - No Selling Allowance
 

I did everything from creating the Paypal with the VCC to creating the eBay account, except I thought I could get started with just opening the eBay sellers account with the Entropay VCC and not attach the bank account yet so it can start the aging process a little bit than later this week, I would attach my bank account. Well that was my thought but I did activate the eBay sellers account and saw the notorious 0 selling allowance and I did attempt to list a ' safe ' item to see if it would activate possibly and it stated it was indeed the limit.

Now I seen that the option ' Request Higher Selling Limit ' wants me to verify a few things.

My question now is it worth attaching my bank account to this Paypal/eBay account or start over again later this week when I get my HSBC banking details (Recently opened up for stealth purpose) and create a new account once again?

It has been known that not having a verified Paypal and trying to sell will initiate the 0/0 limits. Once a verified PayPal has been attached and linked you can click request higher allowances.

You will either get 10/650 or 25/750 or maybe a letter to the address to confirm the PIN.

I can verify that as well, I have an account that I created myself on the go at the moment, made sure I listed things I knew would sell on it as well for the first few items, I added the bank account straight away and got the 10/650 limits and my seller dashboard says I have above average prediction on it as well, the first 4 items sold, so now I am adding a few more at a time.

For me, it also happened when I tried to sell without PP verified. Once I've got PP verified, EB instantly gave me 5/650 limits.

Thanks for letting me what the outcome would likely be. The last option being the letter to the address... I just hope it doesn't come to that. I picked a previous address that I use to live close to when I was at University. It wouldn't end well but the other two sound promising. Fingers crossed.

That's pretty interesting, my hope is I get something similar.
I just want to know if anyone has been fortunate enough to get it increased automatically once they attached their bank to verify the Paypal from the 0/0 selling allowance without any further actions. Do you guys think I should still attach this bank to this account? I don't want to waste using my bank account if I got a considerably lower chance of getting the limits lifted leading to more information that they may require from me....

I just want any limit and build up over the month Haha. 5/650 is sounding good right about now. I might attach the bank account and give it a shot.

It's your set up method that results in those 0/0 limits. Verify the PayPal first before setting up the eBay account and select PayPal as the method to pay the fees.

Ahh, I read the same thing in a couple of other threads. This is actually what I did if you could tell me what I did wrong.

I opened the personal paypal account first, inputting all my information e.g slightly incorrect name, one address that I knew when I was staying at London and the than I got prompted to add the credit card so I entered my Entropay VCC Information that included the CVC, card number and ' billing address that I made up ' but I didn't add the bank yet.

I believe it lifted withdrawal limits of up to 500 pounds at that point. I headed over to eBay and created the account inputting the exact same information as Paypal, cross referencing it to double check that it is the correct information and than setting it up the same way. than headed to the settings and changed my user ID name and than went over the update method and linked my Paypal to my eBay account and than proceeded to add the security question and DOB, it gave me the ' welcome to selling ' message and I checked from there, it was 0/0 selling limit.

This is my first account, I want to know as much as possible and avoid any issues and learn from you guys because I started to end up taking these mishaps fairly personal since my indefinite suspension..... Damnit eBay and Paypal.

100% agreed, the set up method is where you need to get it right. I've noticed more so lately than a few months ago that with a strong paypal account I get a lot higher limits on the stealth accounts to start out rather than the 5/500 or 10/1000. But being is that it was your first account all you can do is learn from it and move on :)
