Quickly clear up some things real quick
 

Please help me clarify these things guys.

The home address I selected was a empty house that was on sale and I will use it for both eBay and Paypal and if any returns are required, I will resolve that than at that point (Hopfully P.O Box should be up and running if that is required.)
*Would a empty house that is for sale be fine?

* Just to make sure that I opened my HSBC bank account, just to make sure the process is correct so I don't mess up. Would I open the Paypal account first? Than add my entropay VCC and add my bank account straight away? I don't want to get the 0/0 It happened to me which sucked.

Any other pointers before I start this would be extremely appreciated.

I can't wait to start selling my sneakers again!

Now there is a telling phrase Mickey, you can't wait to sell your sneakers again, selling exactly the same items as you have sold on a previously suspended stealth account will lead to problems and cannot be done.

You need to list fresh items to not create links back to the banned account, gradually introduce 1 or 2 sets of those sneakers, but it will be a long long time before you can seriously relist them again. You want ebay/paypal to see you as a new first time seller, that means a few items from around your house that you don't use.

Yes open your paypal first, that usually works best, then confirm with VCC, then you can add your bank account, not necessarily all on the same day, could leave a few days between each step.

As for the empty house idea, could lead to issues, what about if they ever phone you and want to verify you details, you won't have any history of living at that address and won't be able to upload any believable documents to try to convince them that you live at that address. Is possible to use a po box as long as it is possible to 'adapt' it a tiny bit if necessary to make it look like a real address.

Never wise to look at quick and instant fixes.

Slow and careful planing is preferable.

If your sneakers got you banned before, then you may face the same issues all over again

Mickey, assuming it is the same items you're selling that got you banned before, what precautions or changes have you made to your business model to ensure there won't be a repeat performance?

Can't do that these days oompa, how can he provide ID documentation to remove the EU limit if he survives that long, or if they contact him and want him to upload documents that will convince them he lives at that address?, these days they will check if names and addresses tie up together. Since New Year in this country things don't work anymore that have worked for years previously.

Stealth got more difficult.
