So many questions about PayPal and Mercahnt account- Please answer
 

Okay after reading the Stealth guide there are so many questions in my mind please ans1 answer them.

Q In the SG(Stealth Guide) author says to create friend/family paypal so there will be no headache if paypal ask you for documents but I can make my documents through photoshop and PayPal accepted them 2-3 times. As the personality(PayPal profile) is virtual so will there be any legal issue if I got caught?

Q I've a Italy PayPal got limited after receiving 2500$ SO I made the photoshoped documents and PayPal sincerely accepted them without any issue and now my account is verified with no or zero customer chargeback. Now my total transaction is over 7000$ so I am afraid of legal issue, will there be any

Q I am looking forward to do the same thing i.e photoshoped documents to open a Merchant account at 2checkout, Do you have an account their with false information , if so in case 2CO suspend you will you be able to get the money out on another person name as you created the merchant with false info and now you want your money on your name

Q what are the withdraw options in there in 2Checkout and CCNOW.
