I have questiion(hope, you can help me)

I was open new paypal account from my phone(different ip,never used before).
I use little different name as my original-just change one letter in first name(i think it is problem)
Linked my new bank account-everything was ok.

Today,i try to open an ebay account,-i use same name&email,-and i was linked!!!!!!!!!!-
Ebay said that YOUR USER ID IDENTIFIES YOU TO OTHER EBAY USERS?

What i did wrong?-only the name or anything else?

If only the name,what i have to do?-i afraid open paypal&ebay accounts on absolutely different name,-because i will have problem to upload documents when required,

Will waiting for your replies with recommendations.

Hi,

did you use another, brand new, windows account?

What else you did not change? Address was the same and birth date right? What about phone number?

You should change everything for it to work properly!

What method you use to get a new ip? And you should look into vmware

Hi,thank you for replies,
I was used my phone internet(not laptop),-ip address was diffrent because of different internet connection.

I was surprised,but ebay don't ask for address,-when i registering(??),and date of birth too(?)

This time i will try again,,-just wondering how to change the name.-anyone can me help by private message?
Another thing,i don't clearly understand about paypal withdrawal -anyone can recommend bank in Ireland,
And what about documents,-when paypal be limited?
