Ever reported competitors items?
 

A few sellers just jumped into my niche selling *phake* versions of what it actually is. Has anyone been successful actually reporting these items? I'm considering reporting them as ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and copyright on all of my accounts.

It's really hurting my sales and it hurts to see buyers buy these because they're so obviously phake. Their feedback even displays they sell phake items with 4-5 negs. They're bound to go down soon, but will reporting help the process?

Not really. But it might bring scrutiny on ALL of the accounts selling those items, including yours.

The only complaints taken seriously are either from VERO members or actual BUYERS who have purchased then item and complained to eBay directly that it is a counterfeit.

You can always setup a few buying accounts, but from them and report them.

Good points. I may have to do the buyer accounts. Minimal sales the past few days and the new sellers are undercutting me by over 40%!

Happened to me, reported to ebay, their investigation must either take so long or they cant be bothered because they sold till they were out of stock!

I agree, VERO needs to be the one to complain.

I have to agree with the rest that your better course of action is contacting the Vero for this product and letting them handle it.

I must emphasise though, if VERO start looking into a niche you complained about, whether genuine or phake, they will start bringing listings down based on gut feeling. Again, has happened to me. So unless your willing to sacrifice the niche your in, you just have to play ball with the phakes.

Well VeRo isn't a big issue in this niche, so I'd rather not contact them. Sales picked up a bit but tonight I'm going to log into all of my accounts and report each of their listings. Taking hundreds in sales :-(
