and as you're into ebay/PayPal so you're already familer with automated recurring billing, We will take advantage of this feature.

and make sure you read the
User billing
there are 4 types of billing in there.
Now hire a android developer and ask him to create an application for you in which there is in-app purchase as well as recurring billing.
This will cost you about 300$(for the application) + 25$ (Google Developer Registration)
Total 325$
Now you've an app and a Google developer account.
Upload your application and wait 3-5 days so it passes the Google review and will be live after the period. As soon as you app is live. Copy the url of the app/game and save it or bookmark it as we will need it later on.
Now make a Google account which support PayPal as payment shown above. This is the most important part as if you will not create the google account from those countries that support PayPal as Payment option. You will not get the Option to pay by PayPal.
Now set the amount in recurring billing as per your earnings and buy the subscription, You will have options to create the recurring billing i.e
Weekly —
Monthly —
Annually —
Seasonal —
Set it to any of the above type from your Google developer account and Yola you can now have your cash credited to your Bank without any headache.
P.S - I just found this method myself and is still in testing mode.
And No You don't need to give your PayPal information to Google in order to receive payments. All the Payments will be credited direct to your Google Merchant account and Will be process as Google billing.
