Can I get linked by other sites cookies?

I have created a new stealth PP account thanks to the guide..
I will only use this PP account and not going to make another, Now if I am checking my gmail which was used on locked account, can PP detect the Gmail cookies and link me, or every site can only read its own cookies?

If it is a email from PayPal and you open up the email without disabling the images and becons then it is possible.

Disable these and you will have no issues

that's great thanks. I am already not opening any mail from PP on my banned gmail account, they already not sending me anyway :D
