Can i Use international CC on USA PP account

Hello
I want to ask can I use Egyptian issued credit card on USA PP account
will this make any issues to PP, the CC is new and never been used on any other accounts ofcourse..

As long as it passed AVS verification, yes you can.

Please note that paypal do know what type of card and who issued the card, though.
