Withdrawing money from limited PayPal account

My eBay account was suspended and my PayPal account is now limited. Do I have to contact PayPal now or do I just wait 180 days from the time I was limited to withdraw my remaining balance?

You'll get an email when you can withdraw dont have to contact them, usually after 180 days but I've noticed recently they send the emails even earlier like 45 or 90 days sometimes, so it varies but definitely after 180

Just going to have to wait it out.

In the US as 123 it can be a lot sooner. Lucky over there! :)
