Partnership LLC EIN number Question.
 

Hi. I'm planning to create more accounts on ebay and amazon. Recently, I made my 2nd account on Amazon. Before making it, I made the DBA name and with that DBA name, I opened a business account on Chase and with that info, I applied for EIN number. And when I received the EIN number. it was like this on the letter.

MY Real Name
MY DBA Name
Address

And then, when I submitted the tax interview, I put my DBA name instead of my real name. But it showed mismatch so I had no choice but to put my real name and it went through. So, Finally, the DBA name was no use for this account. I didn't get caught but I gave my real name.

Now, I have a question about getting LLC and DBA and EIN number for each DBA. For now, I am under a sole proprietorship. I'm planning to set up LLC to build more account on Amazon and EBay. I searched this forum and single LLC is not good for stealth and eventually, I have to give them the ssn and stuff. So, I think about getting partnership LLC joining with my wife. So, here are my questions;

1. If it is a partnership LLC, Can I get EIN numbers as many as I want for each DBA names??

2. As I wrote earlier, for my 2nd account, my DBA was no use. I want to know how it will be like getting EIN numbers for LLC. I assume it will be like on EIN approval letter.

If it is shown like this, I think I have to give Amazon LLC name, instead of the DBA under LLC. Then, how can I make more amazon account with that LLC??

Please, could anyone let me know step by step how it will be like and get around with names??

You can have as many EIN's for partnerships as you want.

Yes, when it is a partnership LLC, then the IRS will verify that the name of the LLC matches the EIN and your real name has nothing to do with it. Just make sure to submit the exact name as it shows on the IRS letter - IBM, Inc. is NOT the same as IBM Incorporated. Also, be aware that it takes about 2 weeks to get into their verification systems.

One more question. I can make many DBA names under this 1 LLC, right? It is not that I have to establish many LLCs, is it?
