Any clear answer to avoid MC999 to call ebay for new account??

Hi. I'm trying to find an answer to avoid MC999 warning for new accounts. So, I read few thread but couldn't find a clear answer. So far, I found;

Before list any item,

1. let the account aged at least 30 days old
2. buy some stuff(over $10) and get about 10 positive feed backs
3. get paypal verified first.

Is it the way not to get the MC999? Or, is there more to do? Or, there isn't any way but to call ebay and wish a luck to pass? If someone knows, please let me know. Thanks.

30 days is the extreme, you can let it age for 10-15 days or less as long as you build up cookies.

This is one of those things that I find not worth doing, focus on seller feedback and not so much on buying feedback.

Usually it's a good idea to have a PayPal Verified but not always necessary.

Don't list High Risk Items, Don't list a ton of items right away, keep your listings above 3 days in length, Don't list anything too expensive.

Bill dust again.

Consider what GOA insists on pushing down throats only if you are confident about your account creation.

From the words you may need to consider MM78 as offering working advice too.

Yes, what GB says is true.

If you are selling phakes, VERO, or are socially inept, DO NOT call eBay.

I forget that not everyone on this board has common sense....thanks for reminding me GB.

Then again, if you've already got MC999, it doesn't matter. Call anyways.
