Token generating for ebay with auctiva and ink frog issues

Alright I am stuck,

I am trying generate the token for ebay and I get to a page where it asks me to confirm the account I think the sellers put a different number on the account that is not Google voice so I cannot confirm through text message or voice.
If I update the information on eBay should I wait a couple days and try to generate the token again?
