Unable to upgrade to a business account
 
Last Friday I received an email form PP saying that I need to provide Tax id info. Since the IRS is closed I wasn't able to create a business till today. I have my Corp and my EIN# when I click on provide now it ask me what tax id I choose EIN then it ask if I want to upgrade my account to business so I click on upgrade but then it says I can't upgrade because my account is limited. However I 'm still able to receive payments and withdraw. I will be draining my account slowly just in case if something was to happen. I was thinking of calling but I'm not sure, I'm good on the phone is not like I'm going to get nervous. The account is going to be 90 days old on July 20. What should I do?

Are you using the link from the limitation page?

You should not have any issues if using that link. It will say, "resolve" I believe.

I don't see resolve. These are the steps I'm doing:

1. Log in to PP.
2. Screen says Provide your tax reporting information (only option is provide now or remind me later.)
3. Click on provide now.
4. Next screen says What tax ID number do you use when you pay your taxes? (gives options ssn, ein or tax id.
5. Choose EIN.
6. Next screen says You need a Business account forPP Payments Standard.
7. Options it gives is create account, upgrade or not at this time, if I click not at this time it takes me back to the first screen to provide tax information, if I click on upgrade it says We’re sorry
You can't upgrade your account to a business account because it is limited. We'll help you resolve the issue.
8. It says go to resolution center but there's nothing in resolution center to do.

Should I just wait until they really limit my account or should I just call?

Does anyone have any advice if I should just call now to add my EIN info and tell them the issue I'm having or should I wait until my account gets limited? As of now I can still withdraw, send and receive funds through PP.

After I withdrew most of the funds in the account I left a balance of about $500 and decided to call. They were able to upgrade me to a business account and then I was able to enter my business info (name and Ein). However now when I log into paypal its asking for my personal info last four and DOB should I just enter something random would they be able to verify me with that info?

I thought when you first sign up for personal PP account, that's what they would ask at the sign-up page, your last 4 SSN and DOB?
