Anyone noticed that eBay Live Chat has disappeared completely?

Cannot find it anywhere under any of the 'Help' sections on the Help & Contact pages.

Live Chat is still there under that option. ;)

Interesting to see that the "Call Us" function is disabled for most of the various topics as well.

Hopefully it's only temporary due to staff holidays or shortage.

I went through nearly all the options and all the 'Call Us' functions were disabled along with Live Chat not even showing.

lol it was all there last night right up till 11:30 when i contacted them.
I checked again now and its still there..

Do you have the old customer support screen?

Could be that they are withdrawing it for selected accounts as a test, similar to what they did with click and collect.

Just to update, I've checked through several accounts.

Most have the live chat link and the call us link on all help pages as normal but two out of six I checked didn't (they only have it via the link I referred to earlier).

Just checked on my main accounts and I don't have any problems. With click and collect I just received emails on most of my accounts, informing me that I'll be more than welcomed to do it and they'll send me new info during upcoming weeks.

Seems like they are testing or like you said, theres a horrible all eBay and PP picnic taking a place somewhere in the UK.
