iPhone personal hotspot not working?
 

I have a iPhone 6 iOS 8.1 AT&T jailbroken phone with a personal hotspot implemented in settings (paid for every month, not a app or tweak)

Past two days, it hasn't worked whatsoever. Restarting and respringing doesn't help. I've turned off and turned on wifi and bluetooth multiple times.

I've never tried USB and not sure if I was doing it correctly, but I couldn't get that to work also.

Anyone have any ideas?

I use this method allot you need to turn on airplane mode on then off, but make sure the wifi is disable before you do this then go to a website called ipburger before then after and you will notice it has changed!

I use a program inside of Cydia Called My WI for iOS 8 and it works perfect Evertime! Hope this helps. Also, I don't use Bluetooth I use USB tethering with a cord hook into the computer.

I had issues with Mywi and never bothered to use them again back in iOS 7 days.

I'm on Iphone 6 Plus running 8.1.3 and I use the Built In Tether which works perfect but I run mine in 4G only, I disable the LTE, then I turn on/off the Data to get a new IP. Airplane mode works same.

Yup mine is running like normal now.

Just for fun facts, 8.3 jailbreak is out and it should support 8.4 that releases early next week. :)

Yeah i know by Taig Jailbreak team! I all ready Re-Jailbroke my iPhone 6 plus to the newer 8.3 it seem too be much improvement over iOS 8.1

I'm going to wait until 8.4 so I don't have to update twice. Yea my 8.1 phone is starting to get really buggy so I'm getting pretty excited lol

And I'm going to wait for the substrate update so most tweaks work as (supposedly) most of them do not work right now.

MM78 what happen to the hacked mifi I like using my iPhone for stealth accounts too.

I use the Mifi a lot......but I also take advantage of the 10GB/Month I get with my iPhone. My wife uses like 1GB/Month so it would be a shame to let the other 9GB go to waste! But trust me, I've used my Mifi up the @ss!

$5/Month.....who can beat that? lol...

So do you use your cell phone for 1 of your stealth accounts, or does it change up and you use it for more than 1 stealth?
(Along with changing user etc)
Just don't want to do anything wrong!

I use it for all of my accounts. Go to airplane mode and back to change IPs
