I need a USA Bank account for Paypal withdrawal

Hello,

I live in Asia.My previous Ebay account was selling restricted.SO i need a new paypal.But this time i have planing to open USA paypal account so can anyone please give me information which bank are allowed to open a bank account for non-usa residential people.I already brought EBay stealth guide but there is no information about open a bank for non USA people.I really need help guys.I already invest lot of money to buy product before my account got restricted.SO i can't sell anymore on ebay.

@OP, contact US banks and see what can be done....might require a US trip for you.

Payoneer, change the bank from time to time, last change 1 month ago, if you will create a new account you wont get BOA as usual, you will get new bank name,,,it might work with US paypal, no one can decide if it will work or not before trying it

In every country there some local banks that do business in the US and might offer you a US bank account.
HSBC is an international bank that does business in many every countries of the world. From my experience they can offer you a US bank account as well. Its a pain of a process to open it but at least it doesnt require a trip to the US.
