Really need your help.

1) Switching the address on eBay and Paypal to PO BOX is considered safe? or I can get linked? can Paypal see the name behind the box?


2) Can anyone share a good strategy of buying from your own stores and not being linked? maybe your own website?

3) Can you open po boxes without ID in your city?

For q 2. I really think it depends on your country. You can ask people from fiver to buy products from u. And get some reviews too. Of course unbiased review or else it will be unethical.

I'm not doing that for reviews. The current location is AU and Israel but it can be anywhere in the world.

Lately I have had a new problem.

I had a buyer want to return item. Reason "no longer want it".

I accepted the return as the norm, however buyer never returned the item. after about 30 days I opened a case and lost stating a PO BOX is not acceptable for returns and buyer was refunded in full. Even though it clearly stated that he just was not interested in product anymore....

Never had special issues with buyers that use po boxes.
Are you sure that any buyer using po box address can just steal money this way? if yes, how can I block all buyers with po box?
