Confused on some Amazon basics
 

I just recently started selling on FBA. What exactly does "reserved" mean under the manage FBA inventory tab? Does it means that bought it and they're processing payment or? It shows that one of my items is reserved and it shows I had a sale on my sales summary... but when I go to manage orders it does not show there.

I've had like 4 items sell on FBA and 3 items sold but then canceled in my manage orders tab. Is that normal for that many canceled?

It means that the buyer added the item to their cart and checked out but either their payment method hasn't been accepted or the item hasn't shipped yet. Once the item is SHIPPED, it will be sold and the funds added to your account.

It COULD be a competitor reserving your items so they disappear for 5 days. But even if it is, there's nothing you can do. Just forget about it. You pay FBA fees to let Amazon handle this petty crap.
