PayPal 3 Quick Questions
 

A few quick questions regarding ebay/paypal account creation:

1) Does Vanilla Visa Gift Card still work for Paypal verification? Previous posts indicate they do work, just wanted to confirm that is the case.

2) For bank account verification is it best to first validate with a VBA? If selling high risk items, I assume VBA would be the best route to get verified at first to avoid wasting a new bank account, correct?

3) Any recommendations for which bank to use to get multiple 20+ bank accounts. I read in forum posts ING Direct may be good, but I think PayPal doesnt accept that. Any specific banks anyone recommends?

1. Still works

2. VBA is good to use to verify but NOT to withdraw to.

3. 20+? You need to space it out - use multipla banks...TD, Chase, Bank of America, etc.
