Ebay Limits 0/0 new account, phone call?
 

Created my first ebay listing today on a stealth account. Ran into several errors. First, limits are 0/0. So I could not list a single thing.

The account gave me 2 options, verify by calling ebay or link another successful account. Cannot do the second option. I could do the first option, but I used a tollfreeforwarding number to register. How would I call them using that number. Plus what would they ask.

I really dont want to call them. Not sure how to proceed.....please advise.

The phone number is most likely the source of your problem. Try purchasing a prepaid phone and try making a new stealth account.

Phone # was the culprit.

You can call eBay to get the limits removed though. Very easy. Up to you how you proceed. Best of luck!

Yeah avoid using those types of services, use a tracfone instead

Just tested this actually. Only tried once but as said above in my experience the phone number caused this 0/0 limit.

As far as tracfones go, don't they recycle numbers just as often as these websites do?

Not "just as often" because Tracfone has FAR more phone #s available than the sites, plus it's a bigger "barrier to entry" than the websites.
