If you are in the USA, then in my experience this has been The BEST. Comes in 25, 50, and a few other sizes and one size that allows you to choose (which is pictured) with the other amounts having a different color stripe where you see the purple on this one.
1) no recurring no-use charge that drains the card while you don't use it (at least for the first year)
2) no annoying log-in/sign-up page/process to check the balance
3) as long as you have the card, it's ok if you forgot the balance or the registration name on it, you can just look up the info on it, activity on it, and balance by typing in the card number and exp.
4) Absolutely nothing is needed to register, sign up, or send in- but the address you use has to be a real life address that comes up on a map. You can't put in 222 Wonderbread Ave.
5) I've used it for years with the Stealth Guide with never the slightest problem. I dont even pick up other cards after using these. **NOTE: I don't use Amazon, only Ebay.
